An opportunity has arisen for a temporary Private Sector Initiatives Officer (Private Landlords) required until the end of March 2021.
The post holder will be responsible for liaising with private landlords and property owners to improve stock in the private rented sector through working with landlords to improve property condition and management practices.
Applicants should hold a degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline together with experience of delivering private sector housing interventions.
