We are looking for a person-centred individual who is able to work with children and their foster carers.
You need to be a good communicator and be flexible.
Your working pattern will vary according to the needs of the children and foster carers you will be working with. Work will be planned wherever possible but there is an unplanned element to working in our field and the team manages this together.
You need to be ready for a diverse role supporting children with a broad range of need.
