We are looking for a highly motivated tenacious professional to lead the ICT service and place it at the heart of the organisation delivering business solutions for both internal and external customers ensuring that we deliver high quality, innovative services through a highly motivated, customer focussed team, whilst maintaining strong network system and data security and robust business continuity arrangements.

You will be working with services and customers to understand their requirements and identify innovative ways of meeting them, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery and introducing and expanding digital services to our customers.

Key elements of the job include:

• Leading a change programme
• Delivering business solutions via a project methodology on time and budget for internal services which deliver efficiencies
• Increase effectiveness and improve customer satisfaction.

You will be able to work with software suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure we can identify and introduce new ICT products which can improve our ways of working and services to customers. Maximise the full functionality of existing systems and be able to introduce software systems to fully support and inform services in the timely production and availability of management information.

You should have experience of operating strategically, possess excellent communication skills and display a track record of leading and motivating diverse teams to deliver excellent customer services.
