We are seeking to recruit a care assistant to work in our 2 older peoples activity and well - being services in marske and Redcar. The role involves supporting older people to enjoy social interaction and to decrease social isolation, support people to remain as independent as possible and enable them to learn new activities or skills and to achieve their desired outcomes in an environment that promotes person centre working.

Experience of providing personal care is essential and an NVQ or equivalent in care is desirable
