School Cleaner Opportunity

Hours: 17.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday (whole time)


Successful candidates will work as part of a team to clean designated areas within the school. Duties will include damp mopping, washing surfaces, sweeping and vacuuming. Areas for cleaning will include children/staff toilets, classrooms, porch areas, corridors and staff areas. Full training will be provided for the role and in respect of work within regulated activity. More information about the role are included within the job description and person specification.

The successful applicant will be available to take up their new post as soon as possible. The post is permanent subject to funding and performance and will be based in Shield Row Primary School.

The salary for this post is Grade 1 scp 10-11 £16,863 - £17,007 pro rata.
