Northumberland Children's Social Care is continuing to transform its Early Help services following the creation of four new locality Early Help family worker teams.

This is an exciting time to join Northumberland and we are looking for someone passionate about improving the lives of children and families at the earliest stage, who can work in a whole family way and demonstrate that they are able to engage with challenging and complex families.
