The Head Teacher and Governors of Consett Junior School are seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher to work in Year 5. Our school is a growing two form entry Junior School.
The post is due to begin Tuesday 23rd April 2019. (Although can be negotiated for the right candidate)
Our team of dedicated and experienced staff is well supported by a committed and enthusiastic Governing Body. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment, excellent classroom practice, a sense of enjoyment and professionalism as well as ambition and high expectations for our pupils. They will help us build upon our current strengths and be a key part of our team.

We are seeking to appoint a great teacher who is committed to ensuring that all the children in their care achieve their full potential, someone who can be relied upon to teach creatively, identify areas for development and support our school in moving forward. Lesson Observations will take place week commencing 4th February 2019. (Where possible, shortlisted candidates will be observed in their current school. For those not working in a school currently, lesson observations will be held at Consett Junior School)
Formal interviews will be held week commencing Monday 11th February 2019.
