An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Senior Residential Childcare Worker within our children’s home – Chadersley.
We are looking to speak to Residential Childcare Workers who are enthusiastic reliable and flexible people with excellent communication skills and a passion for caring for young people. We would love to hear from you if you have a genuine interest in the welfare, care and development of children and young people with emotional behavioural difficulties.
We provide ongoing training opportunities for our team members to ensure that the successful candidate feels confident and competent to work with our young people.
The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care – Caring for Children & Young People or the Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce Diploma / Level 3 Diploma in Residential Care.
Our home offers care 24/7 and we offer various shifts of 37.5 hours per week with sleep-ins. Shifts are made up of days, nights, evenings and weekends.
Salary: £22,283.00 - £24,000.00 pa
