Further Information
A highly skilled, thoughtful and enthusiastic qualified teacher of the visually impaired is required to join our highly successful, well established, hard working and experienced peripatetic team supporting children with vision impairment in schools and settings across North Tyneside. The successful candidate would work across a range of age groups and educational settings. Candidates must be able to work as part of a well informed team. The post is 0.4 FTE (2 working days per week).

Candidates must be committed to continuing professional development.

Visits to the service base at Beacon Hill School prior to application are most welcome.

Please note applicants must hold, or be working towards, the mandatory qualification required to teach children and young people with visual impairment.
