We are looking for someone to lead and develop high-quality research into policy. The Policy, Research and Analysis Advisor role is a great opportunity to play a key role in one of the UK’s Core Cities and an organisation that is proud, fair and ambitious. You will play a big part in contributing to the Council’s policy-making and planning processes, helping to fulfil our ambitious vision for Newcastle.
You will already have in-depth experience of analysing complex policy and information as well as developing information systems for a large organisation. Critical to the role, will be your ability to embed evidence into policy development and decision-making.
You will be adept at working at a senior level with politicians, colleagues and partners in a fast-paced, political environment. And, you will be able to present ideas and information in ways that engage and interest all our stakeholders.
