This role is being advertised to provide additional support to a team that has been de-pleated because of personnel moving to other departments in BCE and leaving the authority. This role will also help support extra workload in the section in support of BCE trading account.

The role will involve carrying out site surveys and inspections, identifying mechanical and electrical defects, collation of information into technical reports, preparation of specifications and detailed drawings using AutoCAD as well as assisting other team members as required.

The post will include taking ownership of day to day mechanical and electrical repairs and minor works schemes for a variety of public building clients.
