Duties to include responsibility for the security of the premises, minor maintenance work and repairs, key holding and call out, porterage, cleaning duties, gardening and general caretaking duties.
The successful candidate will:
Have experience and understanding of Caretaking duties & responsibilities
Have good communication and interpersonal skills
The following positions are to cover 52 weeks on a temporary basis pending a review.
Based at St Augustine’s Primary – 26.25 hours per week.
Based at River Tees Multi Academy Trust – 37 hours per week.
Applicants must be able to meet the travel requirements of the posts.
