The post holder has responsibility for an exciting remit including school improvement, curriculum development, education of vulnerable pupils, delivering our Education Improvement Strategy and careers education. This is an exciting time to join the Department as we work across education, social care and health to make a real and lasting positive difference to the life chances of children and their families. Hartlepool is also part of the Tees Valley Combined Authority which is investing in the education, employment and skills agenda.
