Level 5 Leadership and Management Lecturer Required
Northumberland Learning & Skills Service currently administers its own supply of sessional lecturers who undertake assessing, lecturing, learner support and administration work at various Adult Learning Centres across the County. Delivery takes place during the day, evenings and weekends.
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic, innovative individuals to join our team, teaching Level 5 Leadership and Management. The successful candidate will be a well-motivated, qualified Manager, ready to teach Level 5 Leadership and Management.
You should be educated to at least Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent . Preferably you will already have a teaching certificate and Assessor or Verifier awards. Recent experience within the Management sector will also be an advantage.
The appointment offers a number of opportunities to play a key role in driving forward the quality of our Leadership and Management department and expanding our Adult Learning & Apprenticeship provision as well as the offer to develop programs for local partnerships and employers, working alongside a highly successful team.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate, in their application form, practical examples of how they fulfil the person specification. Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
