Northumberland County Council is undergoing an exciting period of change and requires an HR Assistant to join its current HR operational team.

The successful candidate will work as part of the HR team providing a high quality HR service of for managers and employees across a range of services and throughout the County of Northumberland.

In your role as an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting HR Advisors and Managers to ensure the provision of high quality HR expertise and professional advice to managers and employees on applying appropriate HR solutions and practices and interpreting HR policies and procedures.

This is an excellent role as an introduction to HR or for an experienced administrator wishing to specialise within HR.

We are offering:
- A starting salary of £17,681 - £18,672
