These posts are based at the centre of the council in the Resources Directorate which has key responsibility for managing the council’s money and people as well as ensuring that democratic decisions are well informed and legally sound.

We are looking to appoint part-time Cleaners to work within the Redcar and Cleveland Area for the following locations and hours. Previous cleaning experience would be desirable, although not essential, as full training will be given.

Grangetown Boys Club - 10hrs
Grangetown N/Hood Centre - 10hrs
Guisborough Sure Start - 7.5hrs
Cooper Centre, South Bank - 10hrs
Cleaner - Sickness Cover various sites - 6hrs

On occasion you may be required to work at other buildings within the Redcar & Cleveland Area.

Duties will include:
Vacuuming
Dusting
Mopping
Cleaning of windows
Cleaning of toilet areas
Buffing of hard flooring
Carpet cleaning
Any other cleaning duties as may be required
