Salary £13,741.33 per annum (pro rata), 31 hours and 45 minutes per week, term time only including PD days

Fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave which is expected to last until 17th January 2020


West View Primary School is part of Ad Astra Academy Trust.

The school wishes to appoint an enthusiastic and committed level two teaching assistant to cover a maternity leave. The successful candidate will work under guidance, implement work programmes for individuals/groups and provide feedback to teachers to assist in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources.

Candidates should be suitably qualified and experienced having worked as a classroom or teaching assistant within a primary school for a minimum of 12 months and be able to meet the criteria detailed on the person specification.

This fixed-term post will commence at the start of the summer term on 23rd April 2019.
