Further information
We are looking to recruit a high performer to join the busy Contracting team, which is responsible for arranging, monitoring and reviewing the contracting arrangements for provision of social care and health services in Northumberland.
You will work with key partners, including Providers, Care Management, Safeguarding, Care Quality Commission, Health Commissioners and Healthwatch, to promote good quality service provision and ensure quality compliance. The ability to build effective working relationships quickly is essential to this role.
You will have experience in the field of contracting, contract monitoring and/or service review, a working knowledge of safeguarding and be able to gather, analyse and present complex data and information from a range of sources to a varied audience. You will have an ability to prioritise your own work, taking into account both team and organisational requirements and be able to negotiate and resolve complex problems. In addition the ability to manage change well is a necessity.
It would be beneficial to have a working knowledge of Microsoft (Excel/Word), Google Mail/Sheets/Documents and Swift.
