A Primary SEN Teaching Assistant is needed for a lovely client SEN school we work with in the North Tyneside area. This position is full time and begins asap. This school has children with needs ranging from ASD, MLD, behavioural issues and PMLD/complex needs however most have MLD.

Experience in supporting children with any of the above needs would be an advantage but is not essential - a willingness to learn and engage with SEN children is the most important quality we are looking for. It is essential that you hold a level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Level 3 qualification relevant to care or Youth Work.

You will have or be prepared to obtain a DBS check and we will need to carry out our vetting checks in a face to face interview at our Sunderland office. In addition, we will need to take up at least two references
