Hartlepool Library Service is looking for enthusiastic and flexible people with excellent customer care skills to join our Casual Library Assistant register.
As a Casual worker you will be asked to work in Libraries and Community Hubs throughout Hartlepool. Duties include using the computerised book issuing system, tidying and shelving books and helping the public with their enquiries.
Basic IT skills are essential.
Applicants must be prepared to work Saturdays.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure & barring check via the Disclosure & Barring Service (previously known as a CRB check)
