Hardington Hogg LLP are seeking to appoint a well experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor to join their friendly team in Alnwick, on a permanent basis.

An established firm with a strong client following a successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload. We would like someone who is enthusiastic, committed and keen to contribute to the achievements of Hardington Hogg.

You will have significant experience of dealing with a mixed caseload including:-

• Wills
• Tax Planning
• Estate Administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Applications to the Court of Protection
• Assisting and advising Attorneys and Court of Protection appointed Deputies
• Creation and Administration of Trusts

The successful candidate will have:-

• 5 years+ experience in Wills & Probate work
• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of achieving career, financial (including fee targets) and business development goals
• Enthusiasm to engage in networking and practice development activities
• Client focused and practical
• Demonstrable ability and keenness to build and maintain client and referral relationships
• Excellent administration and organizational skills
• Professional but friendly and approachable personality
• Own transport
