Required from 1 April 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter

9 hours per week (in the first instance), term time only, plus 3 training days. Monday and one other midweek morning to be agreed; 8:30am-1pm.

The governors of Dinnington First School would like to appoint an experienced Level 2 Administrative Assistant to work in our school two mornings each week. The role involves covering the reception area, general office duties and providing support to the current admin and finance officer.

The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and an excellent telephone and reception manner. You will be expected to have ICT and keyboard skills and demonstrate efficient use of time.

The school is strongly committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. The successful applicant will be required to obtain Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate and a range of other recruitment checks.
