Hours: 37.5 hours per week, term time only

Contractual status: Permanent

Required from 23 April 2019 or as soon as possible thereafter

We currently have a vacancy in our very busy office for a School Receptionist. Duties include general reception duties, dealing with all visitors to school, answering the telephone, face to face enquiries and management of the school diary.

The successful applicant must have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Good Numeracy and Literacy skills
• The ability to cope with the demands of a busy school office

A First Aid qualification is desirable
