1 x part-time 18.5 hour Home Care and Support Worker is required on a temporary basis up to 31/8/2019 subject to service review

If you have elderly friends and relatives you will understand the value they place on independence. This role will give you the opportunity to contribute to a valuable community service by providing care and support to service users within Southfield Lodge.
The post requires candidates with the ability to develop excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate a common sense approach, be able to work on their own initiative and manage their own workloads, along with the ability to build positive relationships with service users, colleagues and external agencies.
Qualifications : NVQ Level 2 in Care or willingness to achieve within a set timescale
Applicants must have relevant experience of caring in a personal or professional capacity.

- Guaranteed hours;
- Full training, equipment and uniform provided;

- Physiotherapy service.
It is anticipated that interviews will be held week commencing 25/3/2019.
The appointment for this post will be subject to a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced level check.
