There will be significant training offered with this post in the areas of Restorative Justice, Mental Health and Thrive.

Based in Behaviour Inclusion Support, this role is pivotal to the success of the young people at Whickham School who present a variety of challenges. The Behaviour Inclusion Support Team enable curriculum delivery to students who have been removed from classroom based learning for a variety of reasons they also support pupils to be the very best that they can be.

The successful candidate will have the experience and capability to;
Lead and motivate a team.
Ensure that some of our most our challenging students with behavioural issues are engaging with learning.
Develop a programmes of behaviour modification.
Ensure that pupils succeed in gaining the knowledge and qualifications that will see them secure the best possible life chances.
