x1 18 h.p.w. permanent post based at the Riverside Leisure Centre.

An opportunity have arisen for a Leisure Assistant to support the Culture and Sport team in providing a high quality service to customers that is safe, efficient and enjoyed by users.

The successful candidate must possess relevant experience within a customer focused environment and/or leisure centre and/or Gym.

Required Qualifications:

• National Pool Lifeguard qualification (if facility has a Swimming Pool) and/or
• Level 2 gym instructor or equivalent in an appropriate area
• First Aid Certificate or ability to work towards the qualification within an
agreed time scale.

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
