Reporting to: Executive Head Teacher of Dormanstown Primary and Wilton Primary Academies

Dormanstown Primary Academy is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Academy Business Manager.

In order to continue our drive for excellence, the successful candidate will have significant and proven impact in business management, as well as being enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to teamwork. The role is offered as a part time position based at Dormanstown Primary Academy. The usual working hours will be 3 days per week during term time. The remaining time will be flexible and will be spread across the PD days and the school holiday periods to best meet the needs of the Academy and in agreement with the postholder.

You will join a small team of office staff, which currently consists of an office manager and an administrative assistant. You will be responsible for leading on the business functions for the Academy which includes; financial management, human resources, payroll, administration and management, contract management, health and safety, facility and premises management
