Middlesbrough College are looking to recruit a Student Services Assistant on a part time, permanent basis.
This role will contribute flexibly to the development of welfare and support services for students at the College and have the necessary interpersonal, financial, customer service and administrative skills.
The successful candidate will provide a dedicated Student Services Reception, responding to general college enquiries by phone, email and face to face, working under the supervision and direction of the Senior Student Services Assistant on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be organised and have the ability to deal sensitively with confidential issues.
A minimum NVQ Level 2, or above, in an relevant subject is essential. Knowledge and understanding of financial assistance available to support learners is desirable.
