Are you a qualified SEND Coordinator? Are you looking for flexible hours?
If so…

Dunn Street is a small, friendly school in Jarrow providing, a caring, stimulating and happy environment, enabling each child to develop a sense of worth and respect for others.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Coordinator for Special Educational Needs to join our committed staff. The position would suit someone with previous experience of the role or a recently qualified SEND Co experienced teacher who is seeking a new challenge.

You would be joining a school, described in the last Ofsted report as good, where staff “have a passion to give pupils the best start in life”.

Dunn Street Primary School and South Tyneside Council are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment and an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure will be sought along with other relevant pre-employment checks.
