About the Role

Your duties will include carrying out a wide range of beauty and spa treatments including massage, facials, waxings, manicures and pedicures in an extremely fast paced environment. You will be working with brands such as Elemis, St Tropez and CND to provide our customers with the ultimate spa experience. You will also be required to administer admissions to our Thermal Spa, whilst providing our customers with a best in class customer service and aftercare. You will also be required to book appointments via our electronic booking system, these appointments will be made either in person or over the telephone. There is a requirement for you to be flexible and the role will include late evenings and weekend work to allow us to meet our customer demands.

About you

You will have previous experience of working in a spa or salon environment. You will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work using initiative and as part of a team. You will have the ability to perform necessary cleaning tasks.

You will be friendly and courteous. You will need to be responsible and trustworthy as well as being dressed in correct uniform at all times. You will have to be enthusiastic and flexible towards working patterns and times.
