We are currently seeking to appoint a HR Support Partner who will embrace our fast paced environment and help provide a high quality HR service to our schools and academies across the North of England.

This role provides an excellent professional development opportunity where you will work alongside our dedicated team of education HR specialists providing you with an extensive knowledge and understanding of the HR issues facing schools and academies today. This role is ideally suited to someone who can work flexibly across the school year, with an enthusiastic and dedicated approach to delivering high quality work to our clients. There will be some travel involved in this role and the ability to travel independently is important.

Your role will involve advising on low level HR queries, carrying out sickness absence reviews, managing the administration of disciplinary and grievance cases, communicating with Trade Union colleagues where appropriate and undertaking research and project work. You may also assist in the Academy Conversion Process providing relevant support with HR issues.

The candidate will:

• Be CIPD qualified (or working towards) and/or have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a HR environment
• Have experience of dealing with a wide range of people providing professional advice and guidance
