We are looking to appoint with effect from April 2019 an appropriately skilled individual to take on the role of Attendance Promotion Officer / Cover Administrator. The person appointed will, working alongside our outstanding pastoral team, take a lead role in Sedgefield Community College’s strategy to improve the attendance levels of its students. In addition, the post holder will manage the college process of providing replacements for absent staff.
The person appointed must demonstrate excellent communication, organisational and admin/ICT skills, whilst being flexible and adaptable to the needs of the job. In addition, the post holder will be expected to work proactively and independently as well as being an effective team member. Full details of the post are included in the job description.
