11 hours per week, mornings only from 6.00am (Monday to Friday)
Plus 3 training days and 14 additional days.

The Trustees are seeking to appoint a Cleaner for Thomas Walling Primary Academy as soon as possible.

Thomas Walling Primary Academy, part of the Laidlaw Schools Trust, is a two form entry school with 450 pupils on roll. In addition, we also provide two full time Nursery classes and a very successful provision for 2 year olds. Our children are happy and motivated to learn and are supported by a very dedicated team of staff. We are looking to grow this team from May 2019 and appoint a Cleaner to ensure the learning environment is maintained to the highest possible standard.

Thomas Walling Primary Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Pre-employment checks including DBS clearance, two satisfactory references, proof of qualifications and an occupational health check will be required before appointment.

The successful candidate will join a successful MAT where all Academies support each other to the benefit of our pupils and their families. Our Academies also enjoy strong support from an experienced LST central team, based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
