Children's Joint Commissioning Services are recruiting to a children`s home within Hartlepool. The aim of the home is to provide high quality care for children aged 5 to 18 years who may display some challenging behaviours and require a safe and caring environment to live in.
The post holder will possess a passion in working with children and support them to develop skills enabling them to build a positive future. In addition you will be expected to display a strong team spirit, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work across internal departments and with external agencies.
The post holder will possess appropriate qualifications as listed in the person specification. You will receive appropriate training opportunities as part of continuous professional development.
This is a bank post therefore working hours will vary depending on the needs of the service.
