We are looking to recruit an Assistant Team Manager to support our continued drive for improvement and achieve our vision of providing a Better Childhood in Hartlepool. The postholder will be responsible for a small caseload and will provide reflective supervision, support and modeling for social workers.
The post holder will have a lead role in mentoring and developing newly qualified social workers as part of the authority ASYE programme. The postholder will be expected to deputise in the team manager’s absence and support the team manager in attending and chairing meetings
