We recognise that people often want to work flexibly, either in the short or long term and our ‘Staff Bank’ offers people the opportunity to work shifts around their personal commitments. These shifts include working on a rota including daytime, evenings, sleep-ins, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Our ‘Staff Bank’ supplements our workforce and helps with the peaks and troughs of providing cover for planned and unplanned shortfalls in staffing, covering vacancies and staff absences, as well as bringing in specific skills for short periods of time.

The ‘Staff Bank’ offers fantastic opportunities and experience to those that wish to develop their skills and knowledge and you will also be able to apply for any internal vacancies within the company.

Our Services......

We provide care and support in a range of services for customers with a Learning Disability, Autism, Behaviour that Challenges or Mental Health needs. We also operate a Children’s specialist Short Break service, a Reablement service supporting mainly older people to regain their independence, and an Intermediate Care Service.

As a Support Worker, working as part of a team, you will provide and promote person-centred care and support, enabling individuals to make choices and have control over their daily life.

Suitable applicants should be able to treat people with kindness, dignity, empathy and respect and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience is not always necessary; your attitude and values are more important.
