The Role: Ostara Responder - Various hours available
Based from YHN House, you will play a key role within the Ostara team providing excellent person-centred support , responding to emergency calls from Ostara customers who may have fallen, feel unwell or require other support. The role will involve front line customer service including; planned welfare visits, updating support plans basic equipment installation including keysafes and Telecare equipment.
The Person:
Passionate about working with older and vulnerable customers, with great communication skills. You will be self-motivated, customer focussed and confident in dealing with emergency situations.
