An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic individual to assess on a range of programmes within Early Years. You will assess on programmes which are designed to provide skills, knowledge and experience to individuals studying from Level 1 to Level 3. You will be a great communicator, passionate about improving skills and knowledge, raising aspirations and developing opportunities for employer led provision. The ideal candidate will have a track record within the Early Years sector with preferred knowledge of Early Years programmes. The post holder will have excellent interpersonal skills which is essential when dealing with a wide range of learners and employers. Associated with the role are a range of other duties including progress reviews, observations, individual 1-1 support for learners and promotion of programmes at school/external events.
