Children’s Joint Commissioning Services are recruiting to a children`s home within Hartlepool. The aim of the home is to provide high quality care for children aged 11 to 18 years who may display some challenging behaviours and require a safe and caring environment to live in.
The post holder will possess a passion for working with children, and support them to develop skills enabling them to build a positive future. In addition you will be expected to display a strong team spirit, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work across internal departments and with external agencies.
The post holder will possess/be working towards appropriate qualifications as listed in the person specification. You will receive appropriate training opportunities as part of continuous professional development.
