An exciting opportunity has become available to work within the Multi Storey Team based at the Civic Centre in Gateshead.
As a Neighbourhood Service Advisor, you will play a key role as the first point of contact in responding to enquiries from employees, customers and partner agencies relating to Multi Storey accommodation. You will provide clerical and administrative support to the Caretaking, Concierge and Handyperson Services.
Good organisational and IT skills are essential and you should be committed to delivering customer service to a high standard.
You will have experience of working in a customer service environment; dealing with members of the public in person and over the phone; interviewing and communicating effectively.
Work locations will vary subject to the needs of the business.
