EPNE Group is seeking to appoint a Head of Funding and Compliance to lead a small team and take overall responsibility for:

the accuracy, quality and compliance of the Group’s student related data
the timely submission of valid and accurate statutory data returns to funding bodies
ensuring that robust controls and procedures are developed and maintained in line with audit requirements from funding agencies and Group policies and procedures
You will have very good knowledge and understanding of the Education sector, ESFA, and OfS Funding Rules and Regulations, and audit regimes.

You will also have experience and understanding of data requirements and processing, be highly numerate with an analytical approach to problem solving, excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate well at a senior level, ability to plan and prioritise your own work load, work to tight deadlines and be prepared to work flexibly according to the needs of the service.

The Head of Funding and Compliance will also take a lead role in managing the process of External Funding Audit and it is, therefore, essential that the candidate has experience in this area of work.
