We currently have a Consultant Social Worker (CSW) opportunity within Newcastle Children’s Social Care. The role will involve the management of a participant unit of 5 Frontline Participants, supervising and developing learning, modelling good practice and assessing and grading their practice with children and families.

The CSW role will involve working systematically with families and co-ordinating the work of five Frontline participants. The successful candidate will undertake the Consultant Social Worker Practice Leadership Training, which is a bespoke training programme devised for this role.
