An opportunity has arisen in the Housing Options Team for the role of Homeless Support Worker.
Reporting to the Senior Housing Options Officer you will be responsible for the day to day support of homeless households in temporary accommodation. You will be required to provide practical help and advice to homeless households with complex needs.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent. You will need to be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the benefits system and have experience of working with and supporting vulnerable households.
