VACANCY NO: AHS/19/235 EXT

We are looking to appoint two enthusiastic temporary Home Support Workers within Hawthorn House, a unit which provides an extremely high standard of care in a short break/respite setting for people with learning disabilities based in Durham.

Applicants should have experience of working in a care environment/working with people who have a learning disability/specialist/complex needs/behaviours that may challenge.

Required Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent. Must be prepared to complete NVQ Level 3.

It is anticipated that interviews are to be held week commencing 23rd September, 2019.

The successful applicants for these posts will be required to apply for Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
