Our Intermediate Care Centre.....
Farmborough Court Intermediate care centre provides a service which supports up to 56 customers. The service aims to promote and encourage independence and quality of life for people recovering from an illness, trauma or a disability or if they require an assessment of their needs. The service is time limited and therefore it has a very high turnover of customers using the service.

As a Support Worker you will be working as part of a team, providing and promoting person-centred care and support, enabling individuals to make choices and have control over their daily lives.

• A starting salary of £15,624 rising to £16,580 (pro rata, based on 32 hours)
