This is an excellent opportunity to support transformation projects across health and social care.
As a Commissioning Support Officer you will be responsible for ensuring requests for care packages and transport are directed to providers in an effective and appropriate manner. That commissioned services meet the reflected needs, appropriate dates, cost and funding codes, to be ready for authorisation and payment.
The post will also be responsible for providing general project support to the Commissioning Unit.
