We are looking to appoint an organised, self-confident person with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our current team of Cover Supervisors.

The post will primarily involve supervising lessons for absent staff but also include administrative duties to support teaching departments. A good standard of literacy, numeracy and IT skills are essential.

This post is advertised for male applicants only under The Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9, Part 1 with regard to an “occupational requirement” as the role will involve covering boys PE lessons including supervision of changing rooms before and after PE lessons.

Kepier staff are friendly, supportive and successful. We follow a traditional, challenging and aspirational curriculum which helps prepare our young people for the competitive world of work. We can offer you a new challenge in a school which is experiencing exciting times with a new build recently opened in January 2019. Our employees benefit from ample free on-site parking, free membership to our on-site fitness gym and access to our popular lunch facility which offers varied and innovative menus. As a school we invest in staff training and encourage forward thinking and empowerment, supporting each other and inspiring confidence and skill.

Application form, job description and person specification are available on-line at www.kepier.com. Applications should be returned to Christine Stobbart, HR Officer via email to stobbartc@kepier.com, no later than 08:30 Monday, 23rd September 2019.

We aim to interview on Thursday, 26th September in the afternoon. Please note applications can only be accepted on the Kepier application form available on-line; applications by CV only will not be accepted.

Kepier is committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people. Enhanced Certificate of Disclosures are required for this position. Please note that in all cases written references will be taken up and made available to interviewers before the final selection stage.

We fully appreciate the time and effort required in completing an application and, whatever the outcome of this particular process, we are grateful for your interest in working at Kepier and wish you every success with your future career.

Applicants who have not been contacted within 2 weeks of the closing date should assume they have been unsuccessful.
