Hambleton Lifeline provides a support service helping older and other vulnerable people maintain their independence and live safely at home.

We currently have 2 Support Worker posts: 1 Based in Northallerton and 1 based in Thirsk.

Working with minimal supervision, Support Workers deliver a support service to older people in their homes. This includes some evening and weekend work as well as participating in an overnight rota to respond to emergencies in an ‘on-call’, from home basis.

The successful applicant will be forward thinking, solution focused and champion the services offered through Hambleton Lifeline. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, using initiative and building strong relationships across the service area and with partner organisations, have a high degree of flexibility; you must be computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
