Tynedale House provides support to people with learning disabilities and associated complex needs in both residential respite and day service provision.
We require a cook within this busy environment. You must have food safety certificate and knowledge of the full range of tasks together with the operation of associated tools and equipment. Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation relating to a catering environment, and being trained in Manual Handling is also required. You should have relevant experience of working in a catering environment to include food preparation and cooking, preferably including experience of modified diets
This post is based on a shift pattern and includes weekend working. Enhancements are payable on hours worked outside the standard working day.
