The Functional Skills Tutor will be responsible for the delivery of functional skills maths. Tutors will contribute to the design and delivery model of learning programmes and assessments, working closely with learners to enable them to successfully achieve their qualifications in a timely manner.
Tutors have a key role in developing learners to achieve their learning goals and inspire them to overcome barriers. As part of the Employability and Projects team you will be responsible for supporting individuals in finding sustainable employment.
Qualifications required:
• Minimum of Level 5 in Maths.
• Functional Skills English and ICT.
• Teaching Qualification (or willing to work towards).
• Assessing Qualification (TAQA or Equivalent).
